Game 3: L

Well, that was fairly miserable.
Drew Gooden was the only bright spot in last night’s loss. He played extremely well. Almost everyone else stunk. LeBron, thanks is large part to his late scoring, finished the game just above average, and the same goes for Varejao. Everyone else was below average. Larry Hughes had another forgettable night, as the growing amount of evidence — not only from this season but from previous seasons as well — confirms that his outstanding opening night game was a fluke. Eric Snow had another rough outing, but if you look down the roster there isn’t anyone else to take his spot: Jones and Wesley both played worse. The silver lining, I suppose, is that while almost every Cavs player played below average basketball, the team still almost won. Then again, we were playing the Bobcats, a below average team. You figure it out.
