ESPN will have microphones and a camera operator in the replay officials&#8217; booth during the Rutgers Game Saturday. The question is; Doesn&#8217;t ESPN supply officials with the replays anyway? Why wasn&#8217;t this thought of before?  Will this help build the public&#8217;s confidence in the system? Read more.. [...]</description>
